Odyssey House offers a 403(b) retirement plan with employer matching! Odyssey will match your retirement contribution dollar for dollar up to 5% of your annual salary each year.
We are one of the few agencies offering part-time staff 5 days PTO each year. Full-time staff receive 12 holidays, 3 personal days, 10 sick days, and 10 vacation days in your first year! Vacation time accrual rates increase each year of employment, with yearly rollover, and a maximum of 30 days. We also convert unused sick days into additional vacation time!
